Puerto Rico COVID -19 Restrictions

 

Planning to travel to Puerto Rico?  Make sure you know the current Covid -19 restrictions in place in Puerto Rico before you go.   



For vaccinated and non-vaccinated travelers:  Uploading the official vaccination card, through the travel declaration form portal is required.  For non-vaccinated travelers, evidence of either a PCR molecular or antigen COVID - 19 test, taken within 72 hours of arrival, is required.  Face masks are mandatory at all airports on the island.



Vaccinations are required for all employees and guests of hotels, paradores, guesthouses, and short-term rentals on the island.  Those not vaccinated, must present a negative PCR or antigen test taken within 72 hours of the beginning of their visit. Vaccinations or PCR tests are also required at all restaurants, food courts, and bars.  



All businesses are operating at full capacity, but will be closed from 12:00 am - 5:00 am.  Pharmacies and gas stations excluded.  Masks are mandatory in all closed and open spaces, regardless of vaccination status.
